SUBUNIT: Interacts with PRKCD and with phosphatidylserine. Phosphatidylserine may form a bridge between PKC and PKC-binding partners and stabilize the binding (By similarity).
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Strongly expressed in mammary and epithelial cells.
INDUCTION: Down-regulated in breast and lung cancer cell lines.
PTM: In vitro, phosphorylated by PRKCD.
SIMILARITY: Belongs to the PTRF/SDPR family.
